As a condition to usage of Caseica Solutions includes its Platform, Products, software etc., user consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy Statement as it may be updated from time to time. In order to prevent loss of data due to errors or system failures, Caseica will also keep backup copies of data including the contents of your user account. Hence users files and data may remain on Caseica platform even after deletion or termination of user account. Moreover, Caseica may retain and use users Personal Information and data as necessary to comply with their legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce their rights and Caseica Platform data integrity. Caseica assures its users that the contents in their user account will not be disclosed to anyone except in circumstances specifically mentioned in this Privacy Policy Statement.
2.5. Digital Payment
In case of digital payments, Caseica uses third-party Payment Gateway services. While processing digital payment, we redirect user to Caseica shortlisted reputed Payment Gateway Platform with three details (1) E-Mail Address, (2) Phone Number and (3) Transaction Amount. Any additional information required by Payment Gateway and provided by user to process the digital payment is directly between Payment Gateway Service Provider and user. Please go through the Payment gateway service provider Privacy Policy before providing your information. Caseica is not capturing or storing any information in regard to user's Credit or Debit Card, Netbanking, UNI or Wallet details in their system.
2.6. Visitors and Users Details
Caseica captures and uses the user public Internet Protocol (IP) Address, browser type, browser language, referring URL, files accessed, errors generated, time zone, operating system and other visitor details collected to analyze the trends, administer the website, track visitor's movements, improve our Website and also to authenticate & authorize users. Caseica links this automatically collected data to other information that they collect about user and its usage pattern. In addition, Caseica may use third party services such as social media tool, search engines, Google Analytics etc. to collect, monitor and analyze this information.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, Caseica has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial tools and procedures to safeguard and secure the information Caseica collects online.
3. Use of Cookies and Other Web Technologies

Temporary cookies will be removed from user computer each time they close their browser.
